Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the inside of the nose caused by an allergen, such as pollen, dust, mould or flakes of skin from certain animals. It affects one in five people in the UK.

  • Take over the counter medication (see your pharmacist)
  • Rinse your nasal passages with salt water
