Real Clinical Care, Right Where It’s Needed

GPDQ, in partnership with Lyons Global, delivers a new model of healthcare that goes far beyond a video call.

Using the LEO360® AI-powered medical robot, a CQC-registered GP connects remotely and conducts a full clinical examination. The GP can listen to the heart and lungs, examine the skin, inspect the ears, take blood pressure, check blood glucose — over 60 clinical parameters in total. They can also remotely control the robot’s camera with 30x zoom and 340° viewing angles, guiding the on-site healthcare professional in real time.

The robot does not make any diagnosis. All clinical decisions are made by the GP.

What's Included

  • Comprehensive health screening: blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, height, weight, and BMI
  • Live physical examination via LEO360® — digital stethoscope, dermoscope, otoscope, and glucometer
  • Video consultation with a CQC-registered GP
  • Private prescriptions, referrals, and fit notes where clinically appropriate
  • Individual health reports, plus aggregated, anonymised health insights for your organisation
  • All devices 100% sanitised between consultations

Ongoing Virtual GP Access

Beyond the on-site health screening, patients can also access GPDQ’s Virtual GP (VGP) service for ongoing care — providing consultations, prescriptions, fit notes, referral letters, and second opinions via secure video, all under full CQC clinical governance.

VGP+ — Fast-Track Specialist Access

For more complex conditions, our VGP+ service provides fast-track access to secondary care consultant expertise — a consultant-led, GP-delivered model with a typical 72-hour turnaround.

Specialities include:

  • Cardiology
  • Dermatology

  • General Surgery
  • Gynaecology

How It Works

  1. Setup. We set up the LEO360® consultation suite at your location - whether that’s a workplace, community hub, care home, or residential development.
  2. Screening. A healthcare professional conducts the initial health screening - height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation - and loads the results into LEO.
  3. GP Consultation. A CQC-registered GP joins via LEO360® for a live video consultation, reviewing the screening data and conducting further physical examinations as needed.
  4. Outcome. The GP provides advice, issues prescriptions or referrals where clinically appropriate, and the patient returns to their day.

In the background, the LEO360 robot displays a live video consultation on its screen, showing both the patient and a doctor in a white coat.A medical professional in blue scrubs stands next to a white humanoid medical robot named "LEO360." He points to a touch screen on the robot's head, demonstrating its interface to a seated patient with long blonde hair.
